Le/Guitar

Yes, we have a new puppy - Lea.

We'll try to keep friends informed of Lea's growth and evolution with pictures here.

Lea was born June 14th, 2007.  We picked her up and brought her home on Monday, August 13th, 2007.  In her first experience outside of her birth home, Lea rode home from Corvallis, Montana on Ty's lap.

Update from February, 2010

Ok, its difficult to keep up with this week-by-week stuff.  But, things HAVE been happening with Lea.

It's now October 10th, and time for some catch up.

Now March has snuck up.  Here's some update from the last couple of months.

Ty/Lea
When I was a puppy I chewed up a connector cable for Ty's electronic drum set.  Ever since then I've felt bad about this rare puppy chewing destruction.  So, I went to Radio Shack and got Ty a replacement cable.

Short dog
There has been a fair amunt of this white cold stuff.  Sometimes my legs aren't quite long enough.

Drift
Sometimes this white stuff gets piled up by the snowplow.  I like to sit on top of the pile and look around.

Waiting
Come on Boss.  Just throw the ball.

Ears up 1
If I jump off the wall, I can get my ears to stand up.

Ears up 2
Again.

And Salmon
Me and my bud Salmon - in the dothouse (doghouse/cathouse).

My weight seems to have leveled off at about 72 pounds.  Does that mean I'm full grown now?

One other recent development.  I had my first "heat."  Boss was all in a dither about this and made me wear a stupid diaper inside.  What a bother!
Diaper
Yeah, right!  It's actually an spare pair of the Boss's underwear.  Boss said this garment already had a hole for my tail.

2021

Lea, my best friend for 14 years and a Very Good Dog has gone over the rainbow bridge. Some say that Heaven is a place where when you go all the dogs you've known come running to meet you. Lea, I'll be so happy to see you there.
